SZM9325 9 spindles Straight-line Glass Edging Machine/ Vertical Glass Edging Grinding Machine with 9 motors 

FUNCTION: 
It can process straight line and 45°edge. Rough grinding, fine grinding, polishing and chamfering can be completed in one process. It adopts stepless speed change which effects wider adjust range and stable speed alteration. Feeding and working speed can be adjusted at random. Front rail can be adjusted to fit varied thickness of processed glass. The machine has stable structure, precise smooth transmission system, advanced configuration control system and super size processing capacity, essential for processing glass for home furniture and architecture.
 

MAIN CONFIGURATION

1. The transmission box is of steel materials (annealing to prevent deformation).

2. The foundation and fro-rear beams are of casting materials (annealing to prevent deformation).

3. The transmission system is adopted of mechanical frequency variable reducer, double spiral speed reducer, as well as sleeve-type chain of gear; the movement of front beam and grinding spindles are adopted of lead screw driving, and dovetail slider are adopted to support and positioning.

4. Front-and-rear pressure pads are adopted of high-intensity plastic material.

5. Rack is made of aluminum spacer.

6. The conveying is of flat timing belt.

7. One Manual oil pump lubrication.

8. Stainless steel water tank. Shield is of spraying plastics.

9. Glass thickness adjustment is via motor.

10. Loading section equipped with lifting device.
