This insulating glass machine line include six parts:  Glass transporter, Glass washing and drying part, Glass inspecting part, Aluminum spacer bar installment part, Flat press part, Tilt table

1. PLC control system with touch screen operation interface
   Apply water-proof shaft and bearing in the drying section
   Perfect Low-E glass washing performance
   Adopt interval working design for saving energy
   Two pairs of brush
   1. Glass washing & drying section:
       A. Made of 304# stainless steel.
       B. Four-level clearance: three pairs of brushes and one pair of sponge rail, guarantee the      washing quality. Six high-temprature nylon brushes, diameter is 180mm. The first two are hard brushes
      C. Washing speed is 12m/min, equipped with water heating system. SKF Oil-free bearing 
      D. Six delivery solid rollers, are acid-proof, alkali-proof and anticorrosive. The distance is adjustable automatically.
      F.NC bending rhomic air knief. Circle wind saves energy and avoid the wind pollution. Sponge down the noise.
 
2. Glass press section:
A. Driven by hydraulic system ( SUNNY different from others), more stable.
B. Four retainers, prevent the big size glass from falling. also reduce wear to delivery wheels. ( SUNNY different from others) 
C. Process double & triple glass, over-long glass, unequal glass. Stepping motor driven
D. The press board ca be opened to 450mm, easy to maintance.
E. Suckers are distributed regionally. Vacuum genetor for sucker from Taiwan make sure no dislocation.
