Features
The glass tilting table is composed of air flotation table, "+" straight rod, air blower, air cylinder, hydraulic pressure station, electric cabinet, foot switch, etc. So it can tilt to pick up glass sheets from vertical position to horizontal position. On the working table, we can cut glass into pieces by hands. When splitting, put the cutting score of glass onto the middle part of the straight rod of the table, and close the air cushion, step the foot pedal down. The straight rod will be pushed upwards by the cylinder to break out the glass instantaneously. The table can break out glass in many positions, reducing the intensity of labor.
The machine has the function of Glass Loading, Glass Breaking, Glass Tilting.
This machine working surface is equiped with air floating blower system for easy handing and shifting movement of the glass.With hydraulically operated tilting table for stable and smooth ascending and descending motion and had pinions for catching the glass to ensure safety during loading of glass.The pneumatically controlled X and Y glass breaking bars can be activated by individual foot pedal swith to control each work position and section for large size cutting.
