Structure and Use
This tool is portable electrical polishing equipment. It adopts one-way series motor as power and adopts Class II power tool to prevent electric shock as protection agencies. In the general environmental conditions, the equipment can mildly grind and polish glass membrane to delete the film.

C. MED-03 Edege Delete Machine for low-e Glass Function and Characteristics:

Grinding wheel head can move around the predetermined range of motion( the predetermined range can be set according to the longest side plus 150mm without inputing glass size.)It can repeat deleting film several times. The moving speed of transmission motor on grinding wheel is controlled by adjustable frquency converter. Grinding wheel can do mechnical adjustment. Grinding Pressure and grinding speed can be adjusted according to different film layers at any time. Easy to operate, high efficient, steady performance.
