Summarize
Two Component extruder Machine is the best machine which is aborbing the most excellent technology in the world. It is used on the seal connection of the hollow glass, wall glass and the others. A and B component glue pump are used hydraulic system and air driving system individual. They are controlled by the without contacting point electrical controlling system, the switch is very sensitive and reliable. Its uniques, convenient and adjustable proportion installation can assure the strictly proportion demand of the double component glues in the utmost possibility. The out-glue is equality, good effect and high efficiency.

Functions and Features
1. It is composed of raw material pump, solidification pharmaceutical pump, proportional pump, sealant-mixture system, hydraulic pressure system, electric system and so on.
2. Raw material pump, solidification pharmaceutical pump and proportional pump adopt the special high-pressure filling pump and the materials can be supported equivalently in two-way. The raw material pump is compelled by the hydraulic pressure sysem while the solidification pharmaceutical pump is compelled by the pheumatic motor.
3. There are high-pressure valves in the underpart entrance of solidification pharmaceutitcal filter and material-feeding place of the mixing device and one-way valve is set in the mixing device so as to prevent two-components from fleeing each other.
4. Rising and falling system is controlled by hand valve and the proportion of the two-components can be changed by adjusting the slipper in the swinging pole. Tighening the nut once the demanding scale is reached.

1. Machine brief description:

1). ST02A/03 two-component coating Machine adopt the advanced technology.

2). The curative agent system is completely closed and airproof.

3). The valve ports of the basic material pump, the curative agent pump and proportioning pump all adopt the special alloy with zero leakage.

4). The rubber mixing system adopt the strip shaker with international static state to-and-fro technology,

5). Attached the unilateralism pin valve with special structure to make the mix uniformitive. The rubber mouth with special flexibility material made the insulating glass production more convenience and attractive.

Ating mix the glue, put the glass on the rotary coating machine, then use the glue gun to make coating.

3. Note:
If your local weather is cold and dry, about the glass glue coating, you need two glues, you can consider to use the butyl glue+two component glue(Silicon sealant glue) or use the butyl glue +hot melt glue, any combination method is ok, the butyl glue is the first layer glue, the two component glue or the hot melt glue as the second layer glue.

If your local weather is too hot or too humid, you'd better not choose the butyl glue +hot melt glue, you'd better choose the butyl glue+two component glue.
