Automatic Desiccant/ Molecular Sieve Filling Machine for Insulating Glass

1.Desription:
The machine is control by a PLC system.
With this machine, both bended and corner-connected spacers are available.
This machine is able to adjust the filling height according to the spacer size.
The required geometrical shapes are made after aluminum space-strips are put into molecular sieve, such as square, rectangular, arch, semicircle and quadrangle circular arch, and installed between two layers of glasses and may keep dry between two glasses after sealing, not leading to condensation.
