1. This machine include three parts: glass input part, glass washing and drying part, glass output part.

2. we can make this machine according to customer wash glass size request.

3. The first section is equipped with LOW-E glass check system. When the coated side is wrongly put, the system will give alarm and the convey will stop automatically.

4.Three pairs of brushes driven separately by 3 motors. Brushes thread are imported soft material, special for LOW-E glass.

5. Washing section uses oil-free and water-proof bearings. It will not cause second contamination to glass.

6. Static electricity remove device is equipped at the end of washing section. It can remove the static electricity of the glass so the dust will not fall on the glass.

7. Washing speed is controlled by an inverter.
