I.Vertical Insulating Glass Outer Press Production Line/Double Glazing Glass Production Line : 
Functions characteristics :
This production line can produce Low-e glass, double glazing , triple glazing, step glass .It includes7 parts, that is feeding part., washing and drying part, light inspection part, spacer bar locating part, outside assembly part, press board part ,output part.
1-. Washing&Drying part:
 1)Glass Washing & Drying Part is made of 304 stainless steel. Automatic control for LOW-E glass (6-soft brush
 treatment for LOW-E). Brush diameter is 180mm
2)01 part has identifier
3) Stainless steel water tank and 2-grade cleaning with heating device
4) Washing speed is 12m/min., equipped with water heating system.
5)Circle wind saves energy.
2-. Aluminum Spacer Locating &Outer Assembly and Pressing Part:
1)Using screw ball and Siemens AC Servo motor.  
2) Two retainers, prevent the big size glass from falling, also reduce wear to delivery wheels.
3)Process double & triple glass, over-long glass, unequal glass. Stepping motor drive.
4)When the first glass with spacer bar reach Outer Assembly part, the beam will descend slowly and support second glass to transport until double glass assembly.
5)The press board can be opened to 500mm, easy to maintenance.
6)Sucker are distributed regionally. Vacuum generator for sucker from Taiwan make sure no dislocation.
7) Adopt touch screen control.
8) The full line is made of 7/8parts.
