1.The backboard adopts high-density board to ensure that the backboard will not be deformed under normal use.

3. 6 diameters of 18 cm cleaning brush, able to clean LOW-E, coated glass;
4. The fan is a circulating air heating function with a soundproof box. The air knife is made of CNC bending stainless steel.
5. aluminum frame side positioning and positioning using precise adjustment device - thin cylinder + linear guide + screw adjustment + digital display + adjustment hand valve
6.plate pressure section can automatically open 45 cm for maintenance and maintenance

Control:
This free stand alone cabinet is used to control all motors and conveyor speed, etc. With a PLC system, all operations are accessed from this control panel. Software and logic are design to assembly double glazing. Optional triple or multiple glazing is on request.
