The client need to lift Steel plate. The dimension is (2)m L*(1.6)m W *(---)mm T, with max. Weight 600Kg. The surface is smooth .
We recommend FVL-G400-4 vacuum lift with rated capacity 600kg for vertical handling. There're 6 suction cups, each diameter is 300mm. A 0.09Kw America GAST pump is used. Under vacuum pressure 60%(abs. 0.4bar), the suction cups could provide 600kg lift for vertical handling. The safety factor is no less than 6. The main beam is 860mm and cross beam is 860mm.

1,The designed safety coefficient of the vacuum lifter is 6.
2,Non-return valve and vacuum accumulator were assembled in the vacuum system. When power failed, the lifter can suck the workpiece for long time and the workpiece will not fall down.
3,The vacuum lifter is designed with a WU type alarm unit (equipped with separate battery and battery charger, can work normally when power failed). When power shutdown unexpectedly or the vacuum degree is lower than 60% (around -0.6bar), the alarm unit sends out sound and light alarm and remind the operators to take measures.
Disposition on Elastomer
1,Each suction cup could be adjusted along cross beam manually and the cross beam is easy to be adjusted along main beam.
2,Manual valve is connected to suction cup separately and the operator can shut off individual suction cup according to the dimension of workpiece. This function is also useful for the self-check of vacuum reservoir, each suction has buffer spring,
