Brief introduction

1).This vertical glass washing machine is the highly efficient washing equipment to clean 3-19mm thick plate glasses. The whole machine adopts inclined structure only requiring a small land area. 
2).The glass can be conveyed stably with stepless speed regulation to different requirements on cleanness. The whole machine is characteristic of reasonable construction and convenient operation.

1).The machine has loading section, washing and drying section, washing quality inspection section.
2).LB Series vertical glass washing machine can be matched with insulating glass production line.
3).Glass can be dried fast with the design of strong air knives, stainless steel washing tank.
4).The soft low-e brush can wash low-e glass, also the machine can be designed according to your special demands.
5).PLC control system with touch screen operation interface.
6).Apply water-proof shaft and bearing in the drying section, imported Sweden SKF oil-free water proof bearings prevents the contamination to the water.
7).It has 6 soft brushes (we do machine is with 6 pieces brushes for exporting machine). Soft brush can wash Low-e glass.
8).There is one sensor on the first transmit stage. It saves electricity a lot.
9).Adopt interval working design for saving energy.
